The research project is financed by Fundatia pentru Dezvoltarea Societății Civile – the Civil Society Development Foundation (FDSC) and aims to comprehensively explore the dynamics of labor immigration in the context of Romania. The research findings will offer a comprehensive overview of the key trends in labor immigration in Romania, serving as a reference for public institutions, NGOs and other stakeholders. They will also provide essential insights for future initiatives trying to highlight the existing research and practice gaps. The research aims to portray prevailing labor immigration dynamics, enabling evidence-based decision-making and equipping NGOs with valuable knowledge to better support and advocate for the rights and well-being of immigrant workers.
